About the Role

NFP, an Aon Company, is a leading insurance brokerage that provides property and casualty, group benefits, retirement and individual solutions through our licensed subsidiaries and affiliates. We're seeking a Senior Mid-Market P&C Broker to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to secure new and renewal business, handling all aspects of placements from initial market selection to policy delivery.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to develop coverage strategies and marketing initiatives for remarketing and prospective business.
  • Work closely with insurance carriers to negotiate and secure coverage, driving financial and non-financial outcomes that support organic revenue development and retention.
  • Prepare and present coverage comparisons, diagnostics, and consolidated coverage/policy analyses to clients and carriers.
  • Maintain accurate client and policy information in NFP's Epic agency management system.
Requirements
  • Provincial P&C License required or obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a key team member and mentor to junior team members.
  • Proven technical competency and creativity in developing and delivering innovative property and casualty solutions.
  • Confident and effective communication skills, with the ability to tailor responses in dynamic situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
