Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a market-leading business plan that drives growth, overachievement of business goals, and financial targets.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team through world-class talent management, coaching, and inspirational leadership.
  • Provide accurate and timely management information to facilitate effective business planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Act as a strong ambassador for LifeWorks, upholding the values and behaviors of a senior leader in the business and community.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of successful sales experience in B2B.
  • 5+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Developed C-suite relationships in the mid-market sector, with a deep knowledge of the Canadian market.
  • Strong bilingual English and French communication skills.
  • Ability to create a high-performance team environment and promote behaviors to deliver superior performance against targets.
