Sales Director, Mid Market Leader

As a Sales Director, Mid Market Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team in the mid-market segment. Your primary goal will be to drive significant business growth, year over year, across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a market-leading business plan to drive growth and achieve financial targets.
  • Build and lead a high-performance sales team, providing coaching and inspirational leadership to drive results.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by driving real and long-standing relationships with customers.
  • Maintain and develop key alliances with strategic partners and enabling organizations.
  • Act as a strong ambassador for the organization, upholding the values and behaviors of a senior leader.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' successful sales experience in B2B.
  • 5+ years' experience leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Developed C-suite relationships in the mid-market sector, in any region in Canada.
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian market and developed relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in building and developing high-performance teams.
  • Strong bilingual English & French communicator, able to effectively articulate the vision, goals, and strategic imperatives of the business.
  • Ability to create the environment for success and promote behaviors to deliver superior performance against targets.
