Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at King of the Pigs. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Overtime required
  • Physically demanding
  • Repetitive tasks
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Work under pressure
