Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute special events, menus, and promotions.
  • Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to company standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and kitchen operations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime required.
  • Standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks, and working under pressure.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
