Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and organize daily operations, ensuring smooth office workflow
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Train or arrange for training, and organize and schedule office work
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office software
