Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Culinary Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and cooking of our award-winning menu items, including sizzling fajitas and classic Tex-Mex dishes.
  • Lead the culinary team to maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage the employee weekly schedule and communicate shift priorities and responsibilities.
  • Work with the management team to manage and shape the restaurant's profit and loss statements.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate preferred.
  • Ability to lift items up to 30lbs and remain physically active and busy for the duration of your shift.
