About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Booungee. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and kitchen assistants to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Team Management

Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen assistants to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations and minimize waste.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Staff Development

Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role

Language

Fluent in English

Work Hours

30 hours per week
