Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 CAD, based on industry standards in Toronto. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a dental plan, disability benefits, and a healthcare plan.

Job Description

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week. As an Executive Office Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Assisting with staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Ensuring HR department activities align with organizational goals
  • Coordinating information flow within the team
  • Managing mail and distributing materials
  • Planning and organizing daily operations
  • Recording minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Scheduling appointments and confirming travel arrangements
  • Providing customer service
  • Maintaining digital databases
