Accounting Specialist

At Ontario Inc., we are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and reconcile accounts.
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.
