About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at the Pacific National Exhibition. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Group Sales department and TicketLeader Call Centre, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Group Sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional programs.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the events or ticketing industry.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and developing a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
