Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Fluidra North America. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including national accounts, pool builders, and retail accounts
- Attend trade shows and table tops to promote Fluidra products and services
- Manage Salesforce database of Fluidra customers and compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or discuss sales opportunities
- Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained from distribution and national accounts
- 3+ years of outside sales experience and/or training
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while balancing customer needs with Fluidra corporate goals of revenue and profitability
- Ability to operate basic Microsoft office software such as Word and Excel, Google email and scheduling, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
- S. in a technical field or equivalent technical product experience is preferred
