National Account Manager

At Jack Link's Protein Snacks, we are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our top-tier customers and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute multi-year strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage trade budgets and promotional compliance across various channels of business
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales presentations and materials
- Own customer forecasting and planning, including volume and trade planning
- Formulate risk and opportunity action plans to mitigate risk and maximize opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of national account sales experience with tier 1 customers
- Cross-functional experience in a Canadian Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company
- Strong business acumen, specifically with trade management and demand planning
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights
- Goal-oriented and well-organized
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to develop clear and concise category stories
- Exposure to decision support data/tools, including IRI, Nielsen, Spectra, and HH Panel
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams
- Ability to interface and work effectively with multiple levels of an organization
- Proactive and committed to delivering results in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
- Trade Promotion Management System experience
