Key Responsibilities- Evaluate the effectiveness of social programs and services to ensure they meet the needs of our clients.
- Conduct individual, family, or group interviews to assess clients' situations and identify the types of services required.
- Train or assist in the training of other workers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Perform front desk duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing general administrative support.
- Engage in community program development to promote the well-being of our clients and the broader community.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Dependability and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
