We are seeking an Intake Worker to join our team at Family Services of Greater Vancouver. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing intake services to youth and their families, including assessing their needs and connecting them with appropriate resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the needs of youth and their families and connect them with appropriate resources
  • Provide information and referrals to support the well-being of youth and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other service providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting youth and their families
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience working with youth and their families
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work site environment: Youth services
