Key Responsibilities- Assess the needs of youth and their families and connect them with appropriate resources
- Provide information and referrals to support the well-being of youth and their families
- Work collaboratively with other service providers to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting youth and their families
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience working with youth and their families
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work site environment: Youth services

- Hours of work: 28 hours per week
