Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all HR-related activities to meet organizational goals
• Direct and control daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
• Supervise and direct staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Plan and manage budgets, including payroll administration and financial reporting
• Oversee employee data analysis and compile statistics for management review
• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, maintaining accurate records and reconciliations

Benefits:
• Competitive salary range $50,000 - $70,000 per annum
