We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Circle K. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word to manage data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
