Coffee Shop Operations Manager Job Description

The Local Eatery is seeking a highly skilled Coffee Shop Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our coffee shop. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Coffee Shop Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a fast-paced environment, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery of these services.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with staff to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase customer base.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods.
Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
