Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shop Coordinator to join our team at BWX Technologies, Inc. in Cambridge, Ontario. As a Shop Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting Shop Supervision with time keeping and labour upload of shop employee hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process time and attendance with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage shop floor employees, including processing of time and attendance, absenteeism, and overtime hours.
  • Input labour hours into SAP daily and review for errors.
  • Run variance reports to ensure accurate and complete data.
  • Participate in month-end deadlines with Payroll to ensure accurate and complete data.
  • Correct and correspond with Payroll regarding shop pay issues.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office setting with strong attention to detail.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Knowledge of the collective agreement.
  • Advanced knowledge in MS Word and Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data tables.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
