At Snore MD, we're dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and creating a supportive work environment. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the success of our sleep apnea patients.

We're currently accepting applications for a full-time Clinical Support Specialist position in our West Calgary clinics. The ideal candidate will have a mature, confident team player attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen desire to learn new technologies.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Triage patient referrals and coordinate bookings with allied healthcare professional teams.
  • Communication and reporting with doctors and specialists to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Clinic operations, including receiving inventory and processing sleep test equipment.
  • Support with insurance paperwork.

In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of $22-$25 per hour, plus bonus opportunities. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
