About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator - Retail Pharmacy. You will be responsible for providing clinical services, including patient counseling, medication reviews, and health risk assessments. You will also work collaboratively with our team to ensure patients receive high-quality care and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing technical functions and supporting Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required
  • Counsel patients on new therapies, tailoring education to meet individual needs and concerns
  • Develop and implement care plans, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
  • PARTicipate in professional programs and collaborate with colleagues to enhance health and wellness services
  • Engage actively in all areas of Fusion to deliver seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Licensure as a Pharmacist in good standing in the province of responsibility
