Develop and implement effective work priorities to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
Carry Out Administrative ActivitiesPerform a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
Assist in Budget PreparationContribute to the preparation of our operating budget and maintain accurate inventory and budgetary controls.
Prepare Reports and CorrespondenceAssemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
Coordinate Office ProceduresOversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
LanguageFluency in English.
Work Hours40 hours per week.
