Senior Sales and Business Development Professional

Sales Responsibilities:- Broaden client relationships through in-depth product knowledge
- Troubleshoot client inquiries and develop innovative communication strategies
- Manage large-scale orders and custom projects
- Recommend products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales potential
- Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and orders using CRM/ERP software
- Process orders and quotes, including data entry and reporting
- Identify and explore new business opportunities with new clients
- A college or university degree is not mandatory but is an asset
- 4+ years of sales and business development experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with experience in CRM systems
- Excellent organizational skills, combined with strong written and verbal communication abilities
- An entrepreneurial spirit, paired with a strong focus on customer service
- Highly developed time management skills, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- A highly motivated self-starter with a great sense of humor
- Retail and marketing experience is an asset
- A valid passport is required due to 25-30% travel for trade shows and client visits
