Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Content Strategist to lead the creation, organization, and maintenance of our Help Center, supporting both internal users and external customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in technical writing and a deep understanding of creating clear, concise documentation for diverse audiences.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between product development, engineering, and other departments to gather insights and requirements, ensuring documentation meets user needs.
  • Documentation Creation: Develop, write, and update internal and external user documentation, including product guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting articles.
  • Support External and Internal Users: Assist in creating resources that empower users to learn and navigate our products efficiently. Review and refine documentation provided by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Manage Requests for New Documentation or Updates to the Help Center.
  • Organize, Structure, and Categorize Content: Ensure easy access and usability for different user segments (internal teams, dealership users, etc.).
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with teams to streamline documentation workflows and requests, ensuring efficiency in information updates and distribution.
  • Review and Refine Documentation Provided by Other Teams: Ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Product Updates and Features: Proactively create or update relevant documentation.
  • Content Standardization: Create and enforce documentation standards, ensuring consistency in tone, structure, and format across the Help Center.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:


  • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.
  • Experience with content management systems such as Zendesk, Confluence, or similar systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
  • Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how to structure information for easy consumption.
  • Ability to proactively seek feedback and continuously improve documentation quality.
