Senior IT Systems Analyst Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Systems Analyst Specialist to join our team at Lannick Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading business analysis efforts for implementations and large, multi-line projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the requirements management efforts for large projects, including new client implementations and strategic projects.
  • Develop and execute a requirements management plan for assigned projects.
  • Identify and understand stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions as needed.
  • Work with project managers, requestors, operations, business representatives, IT representatives, and clients to ensure complete understanding of software requirements.
  • Produce project requirements documentation, including written documents, process diagrams, report mock-ups, wireframes, and other documentation as required.
  • Mentor team members and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a computer science field.
  • At least six years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of third-party administration/claims management business and technology.
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent analytical and interpretive skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in multi-line claims management processes and system requirements.
  • DevOps management experience.
  • Basic understanding of code.
  • Familiarity with Figma.
