Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior management and other departments as needed.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events to support the organization's goals.
- HR Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, and direct and control daily operations.
- Staff Management: Direct and motivate staff, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
- Record Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and advise senior management on key findings.
- Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Liaison: Liaise with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
