About the Role

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, and up to 40 hours of work per week. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience. Experience in administration, data analysis, or a related field is an asset. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will enable you to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out various administrative tasks, including assembling data, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Resolve conflict situations professionally and effectively.
