Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality food service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless restaurant operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food and service meet quality control standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules that meet the needs of the restaurant and our customers.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a competitive compensation package.
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of pressure.
