Food Service Team Lead

At Tim Hortons, we're looking for a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be essential in training staff, maintaining records, and addressing customer concerns. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
* Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports to management
**Work Environment:**
* Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
* Work under pressure to meet customer demands
* Permanent position with a regular schedule of 32-40 hours per week
* English language required
