Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity under pressure.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Permanent employment with 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet customer demands. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
