Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at V.J PAMENSKY CANADA INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet our company's standards.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate office performance.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
