Lead Loyalty Relationship Strategist

Job SummaryThis is a key leadership role that will lead the development and execution of loyalty relationship strategies to drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in loyalty and engagement programs, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute loyalty relationship strategies to drive business growth
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Analyze data insights to inform business decisions and optimize loyalty programs
- Presentation of monthly executive-level reporting on portfolio status
- Identify, acquire, and review data elements for strategic recommendations on new loyalty rewards initiatives
- Build an inventory of external benchmarks and best practices in the global loyalty landscape
- Proven track record in loyalty and engagement programs management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant industry
