The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Engagement Director to join our Global Insights department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing our business and capabilities to the global market through thought leadership and research.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing research insights and knowledge of digital marketing and social media engagement strategies. You will be skilled in adapting communication style to suit diverse audiences and settings, and adept at delivering engaging presentations with clear, concise communication.

You will also have experience using business development and consultative skills to establish and/or deepen client relationships, and the ability to sell consultatively at the executive level of client companies.

A Day in the Life
  1. Lead the launch and distribution of the leading global study focused on Customer Engagement and Brand Loyalty.
  2. Present The Loyalty Report at our client and prospect locations or virtually.
  3. Use networking opportunities to develop and nurture leads, bringing in new clients and growing our existing client base.
  4. Develop appropriate contacts at different levels within client organizations and work with client contacts to develop projects linking Bond Brand Loyalty's resources to client information needs.
  5. Achieve 'steps-to-the-sale' objectives, including thoughtful planning, in-person visits with clients and prospective clients, and coordinating marketing activities.
  6. Engage in solution development, pricing, and proposal writing in collaboration with the Bond Brand Loyalty sales and practice teams.
  7. Utilize your expertise in Marketing and Customer Engagement, along with Bond Brand Loyalty resources, to apply Marketing Research and/or Loyalty Consulting expertise to effectively and efficiently address this responsibility.
  8. Through a thorough understanding of the client's business, develop economic rationale for all proposed engagements and assist the client in the utilization/deployment of The Loyalty Report information in their organization.
  9. Contribute to Loyalty Consulting and Global Insights assignments as required.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in relevant marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of marketing research insights and knowledge of digital marketing and social media engagement strategies.
  • A passion for marketing and Customer Engagement and familiarity with customer journey mapping and design thinking methodologies.
  • Skilled in adapting communication style to suit diverse audiences and settings.
  • Adept at delivering engaging presentations with clear, concise communication.
  • Experience using business development and consultative skills to establish and/or deepen client relationships.
  • The ability to sell consultatively at the executive level of client companies.
  • The ability to clearly communicate client needs and specifications to a Bond support team and to establish effective communication linkages to and from the client organization to monitor quality and satisfaction of the work being performed.
