Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Hotel Night Auditor at Kenora Travelodge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Registration and Room Assignments: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and ensure accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
  • Complaint Resolution and Claims Processing: Resolve guest complaints and process claims in a fair and timely manner.
  • Group Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, including room assignments and billing.
  • Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Guest Information and Services: Provide general information about local attractions and services to guests.
  • Departure Processing: Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Cash Handling and Reporting: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Guest Assistance: Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
