Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Hotel Night Auditor at Kenora Travelodge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's night audit process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Registering Guests: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolving Complaints: Resolve complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Processing Arrivals and Departures: Process group arrivals and departures, taking into account room availability and guest preferences.
  • Managing Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
  • Providing Information: Provide general information about points of interest in the area to our guests.
  • Processing Departures: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Guest Assistance: Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Wake-Up Calls: Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
