Job Title: Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Edmonton Pump Service. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Job Summary:

The Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical appliances and components, preparing written estimates of repair costs, and advising customers on work performed and condition of equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose faults in electrical appliances and components using testing devices
  • Repair and replace faulty components
  • Prepare written estimates of repair costs
  • Advise customers on work performed and condition of equipment
  • Use shop equipment and specialized diagnostic and programming apparatus to repair, adjust and reprogram appliances
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Willingness to travel
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
