We are seeking a seasoned AML Compliance Manager to join our client, a well-established real estate lender in downtown Toronto. With a strong track record of compliance experience and a risk-oriented mindset, you will play a key role in ensuring our client's anti-money laundering practices are robust and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive AML policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and adherence to regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in AML compliance
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian AML regulations
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
