Commercial Claims Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Claims Specialist to join our team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our claims division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional claims service and advocacy to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Intake and reporting of new claims for commercial clients
- Providing claims counselling and advocacy to insureds in a professional and compassionate manner
- Collaborating with the Client Solutions Team, adjusters, and insureds to resolve open claims
- Maintaining and updating client documents, including summaries and spreadsheets
- Leading claim analysis meetings with commercial clients and the Client Solutions Team
- Claims adjusting experience or commercial broker background with claims advocacy
- RIBO, CAIB, or CIP designations an asset or courses completed towards designations
- Prior commercial insurance and/or claims experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
