As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and driver requests
* Facilitate the flow of information within the Customer Service Centre
* Complete Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll tasks
* Enter data from timesheets on a daily basis and perform daily audits
* Enter information into various computer systems and applications
* Generate payroll and billing reports as needed
* Encourage compliance with company policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for administrative records
* Maintain security of all files and records
* Schedule and invoice field trips and charters
* Perform general office duties including writing letters, generating reports, and drafting pay-memos

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of college-level accounting courses preferred
* Fluent in French and English
* 1-3 years of experience with computerized payroll and billing systems; experience with Oracle preferred
* Excellent computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Demonstrated ten-key and data entry skills
* Ability to maintain accuracy and speed in data entry
* Strong working knowledge of basic office equipment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and diplomacy skills
* Strong clerical skills
* Careful attention to detail
