Job Summary

This role reports to the Regional Vice President and General Manager and is responsible for ensuring successful operations within the facility. The successful candidate will oversee the departments reporting to this role, planning, leading, organizing, staffing, and managing the facility to ensure efficient operations and cost-effective systems that meet current and future needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure successful implementation of business objectives and regular reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to maintain effective operations of the facility.
  • Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization to maintain a strong culture and ensure success.
  • Lead the team by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, developing, and appraising job results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and regulatory agencies.
  • Work with divisional managers to achieve common goals.
  • Review and report on facility budget with the leadership team.
  • Participate in the organization's Safety Management System, reporting safety hazards and incidents, and promoting the company safety policy.

  • Education and Experience
  • Relevant degree or minimum of 12 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred ACA and Licensed AME.
