Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Vi2vals Immigration Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain a calendar
  • Maintain a filing system and ensure all documents are up-to-date
  • Record and prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience in a related field is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
