Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our team at Vi2vals Immigration Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a filing system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain a filing system
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience an asset
  • Legal studies, general
  • Human resources management and services, other
  • or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced legal environment and will be required to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
