Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our legal department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team, including data entry, contract management, and coordination with finance and other departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and maintenance of contract database
- Analyze contracts to update the contract database
- Participate in the transfer of contractual agreements to our company platform
- Act as the main point of contact for coordination and communication between the finance team and other departments
- Assist in the processing of insurance claims and related documentation

Requirements
- Experience in data entry and contract management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Spoken and written French and English (bilingualism is a favorable asset)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
