Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Estimation Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in various estimation and administrative tasks for construction quotations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in making phone calls to sub-contractor partners to invite them to quote and follow up on receiving their prices.
  • Research new sub-contractors for pre-qualification and request conformity documentation.
  • Manage project files, create sub-lists, establish deadlines, and review criteria.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in the construction industry.
  • Basic construction, facilities, or comparable administrative experience.
  • Ability to manage priorities, highly organized, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
