Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Records Coordinator to join our team at FINE HOME STAGING INC.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. As a Financial Records Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
Skills and Qualifications
  • Accurate record-keeping and attention to detail
  • Time management and organizational skills

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $42,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location.
