As a Financial Record Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. You will also be responsible for calculating fixed assets and depreciation, as well as preparing financial statements and tax returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and reconcile accounts
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns
  • Perform other financial and accounting tasks as required
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
