We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Record Clerk to join our team at UniversalCare Canada Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a salary of approximately $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The selected candidate will work 30-44 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare cheques for payroll and maintain financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Balance various accounts and post journal entries accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide financial reports and trial balances as required.
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
