The estimated salary range for this role is $240,000 - $300,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Vice-President, Finance to join our leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement financial plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, and internal control policies.
  • Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely results that meet US GAAP requirements.
  • Lead people to implement change through coaching, training, and clear objective setting.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
  • At least five years of experience in senior financial management roles.
  • Proven leadership experience within an accounting department.
Preferred Qualifications:

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and advanced degrees are highly desirable.
