We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator for a company in the medical industry, based in Ville Saint-Laurent. The successful candidate will work closely with the department supervisor to manage daily tasks and oversee item recalls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up equipment and instruments, track purchase orders, take photos, and develop item listings.
  • Handle returns of deposits, implants, and instruments, including expired items and special returns.
  • Track instrument replacement orders and participate in inventory reconciliations.
  • Maintain effective communication with the administrative team and sales force.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite and experience in inventory management.
  • A relevant specialization in orthopedics or experience in the medical device industry is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities.
