Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that involves receiving and staging merchandise, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and possess strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and stage merchandise by department, mark for placement in facility, and deliver to appropriate department.
  • Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies, and notify manager/supervisor of low stock levels in a timely manner.
  • Inspect deliveries and verify freshness, cleanliness, consistency, and quality throughout case lots.
  • Refuse acceptance of damaged or unacceptable items, and adhere to food safety and handling policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to develop positive working relationships.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
